Our office has purchased the Platinum and Gold versions of the MMCD documents. We also have one of our staff who has attended your Contract Administrator course.

COMMENT

MMCD documents, including drawings, are under copyright. Any purchaser can use the specifications by reference either to individual sections, specifications, or drawings; or to the document as a whole.

Is it possible to use the MMCD specifications and drawings in tender documents?
