Is it possible to use the MMCD specifications and drawings in tender documents?

QUESTION

Our office has purchased the Platinum and Gold versions of the MMCD documents. We also have one of our staff who has attended your Contract Administrator course. I was wondering if it is possible to use the MMCD Specifications in our tender documents? Is it possible to use the MMCD drawings or at least a reference to them in our tender drawings?

COMMENT

MMCD documents, including drawings, are under copyright. Any purchaser can use the specifications by reference either to individual sections, specifications, or drawings; or to the document as a whole.
